摘要
目的通过某通信有限公司职业病危害现状调查,评价涂装车间的职业病危害因素及防护设施改造后的防护效果。方法采用现场调查法以及现场检测法,对作业场所职业病危害因素及防护设施开展检测与评价。结果经现场检测该企业涂装车间各作业场所甲苯、二甲苯、苯、乙酸乙酯、丁酮浓度均未超过国家职业接触限值标准的要求,经对其局部通风设施的通风进行检测其防护效果达到防护要求。结论该企业对涂装车间各工作场所所采取的职业病危害防护设施是有效的,使作业场所有毒物质的浓度能够得到有效控制,达到了控制职业病危害,保护作业工人健康的目的。
Objective By invesgating occupational disease status in a company, to evaluate occupational disease inductive factors of the painting workshop and protective facilities protective effect. Methods Using the method of field investigation and field detection, occupational disease inductive factors at the work sites and protective facilities were detected and evaluated Results T oluene, xylene, benzene, ethyl acetate,butanone concentrations did not exceed the requirements of national occupational exposure limits standard,the ventilation facilities had protective effect of local requirements. Conclusion occupational disease inductive protection facilities were effective, toxic substances concentration can be effectively controlled.Meet the control requirement and protect workers health.
