摘要
战略执行侧重在组织能力发展,而个人能力与团队绩效是构成组织能力发展的核心。行动学习作为组织学习的一种方式,快速而有效提升个人能力、促进团队绩效发展成为业内聚焦重点。本文探讨了行动学习的核心内涵、原理与沿革,及其发展个人能力与提升团队绩效的五个重要方面。通过典型案例的实证分析,论述了行动学习对能力与团队绩效的改善作用机理,引入了行动学习的条件要素并展望了未来发展趋势,为行动学习的理论研究与实践应用提供依据与借鉴。
Strategy implementation emphasizes ability development of an organization.Moreover,the individual ability and the team performance are the core concepts of the ability development of an organization.Action learning as a way of organization learning enhances individual ability and promotes team performance in a quick and effective way,which has drawn attentions from organizations.This paper analyzes the core connotations,principles and the evolution of action learning as well as the 5aspects of the action learning to promote individual ability and team performance.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the mechanism of how action learning can improve the individual ability and team performance via practical examples in order to provide the key elements of introducing action learning and the future trends which supplies references and theoretical basis for other researches and practices of action learning.
