十八大之后,新一届党中央开创了中国外交的新局面,特别指出中国要坚持正确的义利观,做到义利兼顾、以义为先。新时期中国外交的道义取向是顺应时代发展潮流做出的选择,也是基于中国自身根本利益的战略研判。回顾对外交往历史,不同时期的中国外交理念和政策实践,都体现出对于国际道义的高度重视。"公道正义、义利兼顾、以义为先"作为集中反映中国外交道义的核心价值,突破了西方国际关系道义理论的传统观念,将中华优秀传统文化与当代中国外交进行创造性结合,成为中国特色大国外交的鲜明标志。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new CPC Central Committee have made active efforts to create a new situation of China＇diplomacy.In particular,China declares that she will adopt a balanced approach to friendship and interests and put friendship before interests in Chinese foreign relations.This is a strategic choice made by the Chinese government and people in keeping with the trend of the time and China＇s fundamental interests.Throughout diplomatic history,China always attach great importance to international morality in different periods.The Chinese viewpoint of justice and benefits not only transcends the conception of the west but also creatively combines Chinese traditional culture with contemporary China＇s diplomacy,which becomes a notable mark of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.
