摘要
扭摆推力测量系统是推力和冲量测量与评估的常用系统,推力的量程和分辨率设计是扭摆系统设计的重要内容.通过对扭摆系统中传感器的测量范围和分辨率、振动频率和周期、横梁弯曲变形等对推力测量范围和分辨率的影响分析,建立了推力量程和分辨率的设计模型,提出了推力量程和分辨率的设计方法,为扭摆系统推力的量程分析和设计提供了依据.
Torsion thrust measurement system is a common system for measurement and evaluation of thrust and impulse,in which the design of thrust range and resolution is an important part.Based on sensors' measurement range and resolution,vibration frequency and period,and analysis of beam bending deformation effects on thrust measurement range and resolution,the design model of thrust range and resolution is established,the design method of thrust range and resolution is proposed,which provides the basis for the analysis and design of thrust in torsion system.
