摘要
超声检测换能器的各项基础技术指标体系已比较完善,但换能器的基础技术指标不能替代产品制造过程中能够快速识别其性能特性的综合性能指标.经过大量实验与研究,本文提出了用于生产制造过程和产品质量控制的超声水表换能器综合静态指标和综合动态指标两类技术指标体系,使其能基本满足超声水表换能器的工序检测与型式试验项目的要求,也为相关标准的起草制订做好准备.
The basic technical indicators of ultrasonic transducer system have comparatively perfected,but the basic technical indicators of ultrasonic transducer cannot substitute The integrated performance indicator which can identify the performance characteristics in product manufacturing process.After a large number of experiments and research,Both the comprehensive static and dynamic index of the ultrasonic water transducer were put forward,which can be used in the manufacturing process and quality control,and can basically meet the process of ultrasonic water meter transducer to detect and type testing requirements,also do prepare for drafting of the standards.
