摘要
对手表行业现用的密封圈进行性能对比研究,研究内容包括人工汗腐蚀试验、耐冷冻试验、耐湿热试验、耐热老化试验,并比较试验前后的拉断伸长率,确定密封圈的性能。结果表明:密封圈的横截面积根据实际的防水需要,越大越好;密封圈经人工汗腐蚀试验、极限冷冻试验和湿热老化试验后,表面没有出现硬化、变色、龟裂、腐蚀和长霉等现象,其拉断伸长率较试验前没有太大的变化,老化系数E≈1;以密封圈作为密封材料的手表,不建议高温作业人员在高温环境下使用。
The performance comparison of the rubber seal was studied,including artificial sweat corrosion test,freeze-resistant test,heat resistance test and thermal aging test. And the elongation at break before and after the test was compared to determine the performance of seals. The results showed: the cross-section of the sealing ring according to the actual needs of water,the bigger the better; rubber seals should not be discoloration,cracking,corrosion and mildew and other phenomena after hardening artificial sweat corrosion test,ultimate freezing test and heat aging test; its elongation should not have changed much at break test; it is not recommended to use in high temperature environments if watch used the sealing material.
