摘要
开发了一种钆贝葡胺的合成新工艺,以丙烯酸叔丁酯为起始物料,通过加成、消除、亲核取代、水解等反应,制备得到关键中间体BOPTA,最后与三氧化二钆、葡甲胺螯合制备得到钆贝葡胺。该合成工艺绿色环保、安全,操作简便,成本低,适合规模生产。
A new synthesis process was developed,Gd-BOPTA was synthesized by addition,elimination,nucleophilic substitution reaction,hydrolysis,chelate reaction and so on,using tert-butyl acrylate as the starting material. The process is environmentally friendly,safe,easy to operate with low cost,and is suitable for scale production.
