HDPE中空壁缠绕内衬应用于排水管道半结构性修复的验算设计方法 被引量:2

摘要 目前,采用内穿插法、CIPP法、折叠内衬法或缩径内衬法等实壁内衬管非开挖更新修复半结构性(局部损坏)损坏排水管道时,国家行业标准已给出验算最小壁厚的方法。另一方面,HDPE中空壁缠绕内衬法区别于一般的实壁内衬管,在上海地区也已被应用在修复半结构性损坏排水管道。由于没有相应的国家行业标准,也鲜有相应的验算设计方法支持,设计人员难以确定该方法的适用性。提出一种可以应用于HDPE中空壁缠绕内衬法修复半结构性损坏排水管道的验算设计方法,具备可操作性,并借算例对此验算设计方法进行验证。 At present,the national industry standard has given the method to check the minimum wall thickness when using the interludes method,CIPP method,folding lining method or shrinkage diameter lining method(they are solid wall inner lining pipe trenchless technologies) in updating & fixing semi-structural(local damage) drainage pipes.On the other hand,HDPE hollowwall winding lining method is different to general solid wall inner liner,in the Shanghai area also has been applied in the repair of semi structural damage to drainage pipeline.Because there are no corresponding national industry standards,there are few corresponding design methods to support the design;it is diffi cult to determine the applicability of the method.This method can be applied to the design of the HDPE hollow-wall winding method to repair the semi-structural damage drainage pipeline;the method is proved to be operable.And the checking & calculation method is checked according to a calculation example.
