新型绿色基坑支撑技术研究及设计实例 被引量:6

摘要 传统基坑工程一般采用钢筋混凝土支撑和传统钢支撑支护方式。近年来随着绿色基坑的推广,预应力鱼腹梁装配式钢支撑技术(IPS,Innovative Pre-stressed Support)逐渐进入人们的视野。文章从不同角度将鱼腹梁支撑与传统支撑技术的特点进行对比剖析,并在实际工程中予以应用探索。结果表明,预应力鱼腹梁装配式钢支撑技术能够有效地控制基坑周边环境的变形,准确掌握工期,提供更大的施工作业空间,具有极大的经济性和环境友好性,鉴于良好的应用效果和市场竞争力,将会在未来的基坑工程领域广泛应用。 Reinforced concrete struts and traditional steel struts are usually used in the traditional excavation engineering.Recently with the promotion of green excavations,innovative prestressed support(IPS) has developed quickly.This paper compares IPS and traditional supports in different aspects,and applied this new technology in practical engineering.It shows that IPS can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding environment,and accurately ensure the construction period,and offer more working space.IPS is very economic and environmental-friendly,and has great application effect and market competitiveness.IPS will be widely used in excavation engineering in the future.
