Construction & Operation Management Method of Underground Public Traffic Access Project:Taking Underground Public Traffic Access of Shanghai Zhenru Area for Example

发展地下车行系统已成为缓解大城市核心区地面交通拥堵问题的重要手段之一。随着城市地下空间开发利用的不断发展,地下公共车行联络通道在联系并整合区域地下停车资源、有效减少地面道路交通绕行方面发挥着重要作用。通过对上海真如地区地下"H形"公共车行联络通道工程的建设及运营管理模式的探索实践,希望能为同类项目提供参考与借鉴。

Developing underground traffic access systems is one of important means to reduce the ground traffic congestion in the core areas of metropolis.With the continuous developing of development and utilization of urban underground space,underground public traffi c access is playing an important role in contacting and integrating of regional underground parking resources,and effectively reducing the traffic road bypass.Taking Shanghai Zhenru Area underground H-Shaped public traffic access project construction and the exploration and practice of operation management model,which is hoping to provide references for similar projects.
