水中墩台采用反吊支架法施工的关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 水中墩台施工根据现有工艺大多采用围堰填土成陆施工、桩基础抱箍支撑法、水中钢套箱沉底施工等方式。结合上海青浦曹芳泾桥施工实例,根据深河道、浅墩台的结构设计,介绍水中墩台反吊支架法施工工艺及构件验算。其施工工艺具有经济易用、保护河道环境、航道通行安全可靠等特点。通过合理安排和严谨的技术管理圆满完成水中墩台的施工。经实践验证该技术的可行性和优越性,可为今后类似工况提供借鉴。 Water pier construction based on the existing process are mostly adopting methods of the cofferdam filling into land construction,the pile foundation hoop supporting method and The water steel box bottom construction,etc.Taking Shanghai Qingpu Caofangjing Bridge construction case for example,the water pier anti-hanging bracket method is introduced on its technology and component checking based on the structural design of deep river channel and shallow pier.The construction technology is of characteristics including economic,easy-to-use,protecting river channel environment and safe & reliable navigation.And the construction of water pier was completed successfully through reasonable arrangement and strict technical management.The flexibility and superiority is proved by the practical case,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
