海绵城市建设持续升温,从规划设计方面说,首先需要明确设计中应用的标准及参数,且海绵城市建设主要应对降雨径流问题。因各地降雨量不同,故参数需因地制宜地制定地方标准。以沈阳市为例,通过研究该地区的年径流总量控制标准、径流系数及建模过程中需要的参数,希望对沈阳地区海绵城市即低影响开发规划设计提供一些参考。
