摘要
海绵城市建设持续升温,从规划设计方面说,首先需要明确设计中应用的标准及参数,且海绵城市建设主要应对降雨径流问题。因各地降雨量不同,故参数需因地制宜地制定地方标准。以沈阳市为例,通过研究该地区的年径流总量控制标准、径流系数及建模过程中需要的参数,希望对沈阳地区海绵城市即低影响开发规划设计提供一些参考。
Sponge city construction continues to heat up,from the planning and design,the first need to clear the standards and parameters of the application in the design,and the sponge city construction mainly to deal with the issue of rainfall runoff.Due to different rainfall around,the local standards should be formulated according to local conditions.Taking Shenyang as an example,a research on annual total runoff control standard,runoff coefficient and the parameters needed in the modeling process,which may provide some references for planning and design of sponge city low impact development(LID),in Shenyang area.
