Development of Young Mathematics Educators: An Interview with Professor Cao Yi-ming

Through an interview with Professor Cao Yi-ming, the chairman of Chinese Association of Mathematics Education, the interviewer and the interviewee discussed several questions, such as the significance of interviewing mathematicians and accomplished mathematics educators; the research of mathematics instruction in China and the world; and how to boost the professional development of young mathematics educators.
