摘要
抗冰型添加剂掺入沥青混合料后可以明显降低材料冰点,减少铺装表面结冰机率。文章选用2种典型抗冰添加剂,研究了不同应用方式、不同掺量对密级配沥青混合料的体积参数、路用性能的影响。结果表明,抗冰剂的加入对密级配沥青混合料的骨架结构和体积参数产生的影响不容忽视,抗冰冻混合料的高温性能变化不大,但水稳定性能和低温性能有所下降,且随着掺量增加,路用性能进一步衰减,同时不同添加剂的缓释效果相差较大。
The anti-freezing additives,being incorporating into asphalt mixture, can significantly reduce asphalt materials freezing point and pavement freezing probability. In this paper, two typical anti-freezing additives are selected and the influences additives application methods and contents on the volume parameter and road performance of dense-graded asphalt mixture are analyzed. The results show that the impacts of additives on skeletal structure and volume parameters can not ot be ignored, the high temperature performance of mixture with anti-freeing additive change a little, but the water stability and low temperature performance declined; and further declined with mixing amount increased. At the same time, release effects of different additives are quite different.
