摘要
通过TGA评价了耐高温呋喃树脂的耐热性能,研究了耐高温呋喃树脂和胶泥粉配比以及硅氧烷偶联剂含量对树脂胶泥力学性能的影响,优化了耐高温呋喃树脂胶泥的配方组成。优化的耐高温呋喃树脂胶泥组成如下:耐高温呋喃树脂∶呋喃胶泥粉为1∶2.4,硅烷偶联剂含量为0.4%。固化的耐高温呋喃树脂胶泥具有良好的力学和耐腐蚀性能。
The high- temperature resistance performance of the high temperature resistant furan resin is evaluated by TGA. The effect factors such as the ratio of resin and mortar powder,and oxysilane coupling agent on the properties of the high- temperature resistant furan resin mortar are investigated. The composition of furan resin mortar is optimized. The optimized composition of high- temperature resistant furan resin mortar is as follows: the ratio of resin and mortar powder is 1∶ 2. 4 and the additional content of oxysilane coupling agent is 0. 4%. The cured high- temperature resistant furan resin mortar has good physical properties and corrosion resistance.
