摘要
以全国"优质护理服务示范工程"活动为契机,在黄石市中心医院眼科门诊和病房开展具体的优质护理服务活动,调查活动开展前后病人对护理质量的满意度,根据患者满意度测评信息,持续改进工作,树立主动服务观念,改善服务措施,提供高品质的护理服务。通过优质护理服务活动的开展,病人对护理工作的评价满意度明显提高,各项护理质量逐步上升,护患关系明显改善。
Taking the national movement of " high- quality nursing service demonstration project" as an opportunity,the specific high- quality nursing service activities have been carried out in Ophthalmology Clinic and ward of Huangshi Central Hospital,then a survey has been done to investigate the patients' satisfaction with the nursing quality before and after the activity. Based on the survey results,nursing quality will be continuously improved,the concept of initiative service will be established,the service measures will be bettered and high- quality nursing service can be provided. By carrying out the high quality nursing service activities,the patients' satisfaction degree of nursing work has significantly been improved,the nursing quality has gradually improved and the better nurse- patient relationship has been obtained.
