摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定血栓通注射剂中14种重金属元素含量的方法。方法:样品经微波消解处理后用ICP-MS进行测定,以绿茶为质控标准物质,内标法定量。结果:14种元素均呈良好的线性关系,r均大于0.998,方法检出限0.00094~0.037μg/L,加样回收率在94.1%~105.7%之间,RSD%均小于7%。结论:该方法准确简便,快速灵敏,可为中药注射剂中重金属元素的检测与控制提供参考。
Objective: To develop a method for the determination of 14 hazard dements in Xueshuantong injection (血栓通注射剂). Methods: The samples were digested by microwaves and then to be detected by ICPMS, used with internal standard quantitative determination and Green tea as quality control material. Results: For all of the analyzed hazard elements, the correlative coefficients of the calibration curves were over 0.998, the detection limits of the method were range from 0.00094-0.037 μg/L, the average recoveries of the 14 elements were in the range of 94.1%-105.7%, the RSDs was all less than 7%. Conclusions: The method is simple, accurate and high sensitive, and it can be used for the determination of monitoring the hazard elements in TCM injection.
