The Research Progress of Regulating the Lung and Kidney to Treat Vascular Dementia

从血管性痴呆的病机、辨证论治方面,对从肺肾论治血管性痴呆的有关文献进行了探讨,认为肾精亏虚、肺虚宣降失司是血管性痴呆产生的重要病机之一,血管性痴呆的治疗应重视调理肺肾法这一基本原则。

This paper has reviewed the understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of vascular dementia （VD） from lung and kidney. The author considered that one of the pathogenesis of VD was caused by kidney essence and lung deficiency. In a word, the paper suggested that it＇s very important to follow the basic principle of treating VD from kidney and lung.
