The Integration of Human Rights in Legal Education and other Academic Disciplines

摘要 在教育方面的人权主流化有着特别的意义。因为了解人权是人权在国内和国际层面得以成功实现的一个至关重要的先决条件。人权的主流化思想不仅有助于人权的实现,也和联合国的其他活动相关。人权应当被纳入部门法的学习中,而不应仅仅留待单独和随后的课程再学习。与此同时,在人权教育方面的努力必须扩展到其他学科和专业以及他们的工作活动中去。人权教育应该成为讨论如何进一步完善人权标准及其实施的媒介。我们在这方面还有很多工作要做。 The mainstreaming of human fights in education makes particularly good sense. Knowledge about human fights is a crucial prerequisite for the successful realization of human fights at both national and international levels. It can be argued that the system-wide integration of human fights is relevant and helpful for the realization of not only of human fights but also of many other UN activities. Furthermore, human fights should be incorporated into other law subjects and not only left to separate and subsequent courses. The human fights educational efforts must be extended to other academic disciplines and professions and their work activities. In addition, human rights education should be a vehicle for generating discussion about how to further improve the human fights standards and their implementation. There is still much work to be done.
