旧办公楼节能改造中的电气设计方案

Electrical Design Scheme of Energy-saving Renovation in Old Office Building

针对"城市更新"主题下旧办公楼节能改造,结合某旧办公楼项目的改造过程,分析了旧办公楼节能改造中的电气设计方案,从项目的用能特点、建筑电气设计上的针对性技术解决措施及节能技术方面进行了阐述。综合经济效益分析测算结果表明,中央空调系统部分的节能改造效果最明显,其始终保持在最经济的运行状态。

Aiming at the energy-saving renovation of old office building under urban regeneration,combining by an old office building,this paper analyzed the electrical design schemes of energy-saving renovation. The features of energy consumption,specific technical solutions of electrical design scheme and energy-saving technologies were elaborated. The comprehensive economic analysis results show that the energy-saving renovation of central air-conditioning system has the mostobvious effect which is always in the most economic operating state.
