合成1,4-丁炔二醇的孔雀石催化剂研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了合成的孔雀石催化剂对甲醛乙炔化反应的催化性能,并对该催化剂进行了XRD表征、粒度分布测定,结果表明该催化剂对甲醛与乙炔反应具有很好的催化活性及丁炔二醇选择性,1,4-丁炔二醇产率约95%,选择性达到99%,催化剂的晶相为碱式碳酸铜,催化剂粒度适中、均匀。 Catalytic performance of malachite for reaction of formaldehyde and acetylene was studied; XRD characterization and particle size distribution test of the catalyst were carried out. The results show that the catalyst has high catalytic activity for reaction of formaldehyde and acetylene, and has good selectivity for butynediol; The yield of butynediol is up to 95%,the selectivity of butynediol is up to 99%.
