关于研制Ⅰ区块固砂剂配方体系的研究

摘要 胶结差的疏松砂岩油层是油井出砂的主要原因之一。Ⅰ区块内断层较发育,处于构造应力集中区,颗粒间胶结类型以孔隙-接触式为主,属于中孔、中低渗储层,油品为稀油。由于地层压力变化、注水对地层的冲刷和固井质量差等原因,造成了Ⅰ区块的出砂。为了降低油气井出砂所带来的危害,针对Ⅰ区块油气井出砂的原因,研究出了一种适合Ⅰ区块油田的固砂剂配方体系;通过单因素室内实验,对一些指标用量进行筛选,主要包括对固化剂用量、稀释剂用量、软化剂用量、偶联剂用量、玻璃纤维用量、固砂剂用量。同时考虑渗透率和抗压强度,最终确定适合Ⅰ区块固砂剂的配方体系。 One of main causes of sand production is poor cementation in the loose sandstone reservoir. In I block, faults are more developed and the block is located in the tectonic stress concentration area. The cementation type between particles is mainly pore-contact, and the block belongs to medium porosity, medium or low permeability reservoir, and the quality ofoil belongs to thin oil. In order to reduce the disadvantage of sand production in oil and gas well, based on analysis of sand production reasons in 1 block, a kind of sand consolidating system suitable for I block was developed; through single factor laboratory experiment, curing agent amount, thinner agent content, softener dosage, coupling agent and glass fiber content, and sand consolidating agent content were optimized. Based on comprehensive consideration of compressive strength and water permeability, the formulation system of sand consolidating agent was determined.
