摘要 海洋石油平台井口管道所处的区域是整个平台安全等级要求最高的区域,管道布置的是否合理和安全,对整个平台的安全都至关重要。在南海区域,采油树普遍有较大的上升位移使得管道产生很大的变形,这就增加了井口区域的管道布置设计和应力分析的难度,因此对管道应力进行研究就显得非常重要而且具有重要的指导意义。通过对南海某平台的井口管道的研究,从管道布置、应力分析工况和分析方法等几方面入手,总结了大位移井口管道的布置设计和应力分析方法,找到了这类问题的普遍解决办法。 Wellhead pipeline of offshore oil platform is located in a region with the highest level of security requirements of the platform, whether the pipeline layout is reasonable and safe or not is vital to the security of the entire platform. In the South China Sea area, the Christmas trees generally have a large growth, and the growth causes great deformation of the pipes, which increases the difficulty of wellhead piping layout design and stress analysis, so the study on piping stress analysis is very important and has important guiding significance. In this paper, through study on wellhead piping of a platform located in the South China Sea, and considering several aspects of pipeline arrangement, piping stress analysis load case and stress analysis method, layout design and stress analysis methods of the large displacement wellhead pipeline were summarized, and the common solution was put forward.
