摘要
汽车大众化的实现使得人们的出行更加便捷,却加速了能源的消耗和有害气体的排放。社会可持续发展要求必须"节能减排"。这就需要汽车工业解决能耗高、排放大的问题。而汽车轻量化是实现汽车节能减排的最有效途径。本文从汽车轻量化的角度出发,着重介绍了高分子材料在汽车内饰件和功能结构件上的应用状况。同时阐明了高分子材料在汽车轻量化应用上存在的问题及解决途径。
The popularization of automobile brings significant convenience to our life. However, it accelerates depletion of natural resources and emission of harmful vehicle exhaust. The sustainable development of the society requires the energy conservation and emission reduction. The lightweight of automobile is considered one of effective methods to save energy and reduce emission. In this paper, application of polymer materials for automotive upholstery and functional structural components was introduced from the point of view of the lightweight of automobile. Meanwhile, existing problems and corresponding solutions in terms of the lightweight of automobile were also discussed.
