油基钻井液技术在川西页岩气井的应用 被引量:4

摘要 四川盆地是中石化页岩气勘探开发的主战场之一。围绕川西地区页岩气藏多为高压气藏,且以硬脆性页岩为主,同时微裂缝发育,易渗漏。分别介绍了进口油基钻井液和国产化油基钻井液的研究情况,分析了其优势与缺点,并在川西地区成功完成了5口井的油基钻井液施工情况。现场应用表明,进口油基钻井液和国产化油基钻井液的各项性能都能满足川西地区高密度的页岩气水平井的施工要求,其中国产化油基钻井液,其乳化稳定性和流变性接近进口油基钻井液性能,其成本低于国外同类油基钻井液。 Sichuan basin is one of key regions of Sinopec shale gas exploration and development.Shale gas reservoirs are mainly high pressure gas reservoir in Western Siehuan, and hard brittle shale is main type, micro fractures are developed. In this paper, research situation of oil-base drilling fluid at home and abroad was introduced, their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, and the oil-base drilling fluid was successfully applied in 5 wells of Western Sichuan region. Field application shows that import oil-base drilling fluid and domestic oil-base drilling fluid all can meet construction requirements of Western Sichuan region shale gas horizontal wells with high density, the emulsion stability and rheological property of domestic oil-base drilling fluid is close to those of import oil-base drilling fluid, its cost is lower than that of similar foreign oil-based drilling fluid.
