摘要
渭北油田某联合站处理后采出水含油量和悬浮固体含量远远高于注水标准。对采出水进行水质分析和气浮药剂优化,结果表明:渭北油田某联合站采油污水可通过气浮处理来有效去除含油和悬浮固体,处理工艺为:气泡直径为5~15μm,无机浮选剂HFⅢ加量为60 mg/L,有机浮选剂HFIV加量为2 mg/L,停留时间为2 min以上,处理后采出水达到注水标准。
The amount of oil and suspended solids in treated produced water of a combination station is far higher than the water-injecting standard in Weibei oilfield. In this paper, quality of produced water was analyzed, and the flotation agent was optimized The results show that, oil and suspended solids in produced water from a combination station can be effectively removed by air-flotation treatment, the treatment process conditions: bubble diameter 5-15 μm, inorganic flotation agent HFⅢ 60 mg/L, organic flotation agent HFIV 2 mg/L, the residence time more than 2min; the quality of water treated under above conditions can reach the standard of water-injecting.
