摘要
面对石油行业"极寒期",挖潜增效、降本增效是企业度过极寒期所采用的措施之一。泾河区块原油密度大、粘度高,胶质、沥青质含量高;油包水乳化严重,原油中天然乳化剂组分含量较高,乳状液稳定性好、界面膜强度高,从而需要大量的脱水剂来降低界面膜强度,使原油乳状液脱稳,以达到油水分离的目的。泾河油田原油脱水困难、脱水剂使用浓度大。针对泾河油田稠油油藏,通过室内实验和矿场实验相结合,筛选与评价出对稠油适应性好的脱水剂,降低使用浓度同时保证销油顺畅,减少药剂成本,为管理者决策提供依据,具有十分重大的意义。
Crude in Jinghe oilfield block has high density, high viscosity, and high content of gum and asphaltene. The phenomenon of water-in-oil emulsification is serious, and the crude contains a large quantity of natural emulsifier, the stability of emulsion is strong, and the strength ofinterfacial film is high. So, decreasing interracial film strength needs much dehydrant, which makes crude emulsion lose stability, in order to separate water from oil. Thus, crude dehydration in Jinghe oilfield is very difficult, the using concentration of dehydrant is high. For Jinghe heavy oil reservoir, lab experiment and field experiment were combined to evaluate and select the dehydrant for heavy oil wells. Under ensuring normal production, it is important to decrease the dehydrant concentration and reduce agent cost.
