响应面法优化辣木籽水溶性多糖的提取工艺研究 被引量:3

Optimized Extraction Technology of Water- soluble Moringa seed Polysaccharide by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采用热水浸提法从辣木籽中提取水溶性多糖。通过单因素试验研究辣木籽水溶性多糖提取率的影响因素。采用Box—Behnken设计方法进行响应面法试验设计,对其提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,辣木籽水溶性多糖的最佳提取条件为液料比为55.5mL/g,提取时间1h,提取温度79%,在此条件下辣木籽水溶性多糖的平均提取率为14.11%。 Thls experiment extracting water - soluble polysaccharides from Moringa seeds by hot water. The influ- encing factors of moringa seed water - soluble polysaccharide extraction rate were studied by single factor experi- ment. Using Box -Behnken design method for RSM(response surface method) experimental design and then op- timize its extraction process. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of Moringa seed water - soluble polysaccharide was liquid ratio 55.5 mL/g, extraction time 1 h, extraction temperature 79 ℃, under these conditions, the average extraction rate of Moringa seed water - soluble polysaccharide we can get is 14. 11%.
