我国邻避冲突治理机制探析

近些年来,我国城市化进程不断推进,城市公共服务水平不断完善,邻避项目不断兴建,而由此引发的冲突和当地居民的抵制行为时有发生。文章认为,应当完善我国邻避冲突治理机制,提高政府公信力,推进中介组织改革,建立严格、权威的第三方评估机制,建立有效的信息发布和信息交流机制,建立科学、公开、法治化的邻避补偿回馈制度,建立邻避冲突危机解决的畅通机制,科学选址,建立风险保障机制,优化城市功能区规划机制。
