地西他滨联合造血干细胞微移植治疗难治性急性髓系白血病二例并文献复习 被引量：3

Decitabine combined with microtransplant in the treatment of refractory acute myeloid leukemia： two cases report and literature review

摘要 目的探讨难治性急性髓系白血病（AML）临床安全有效的治疗方案。方法回顾性分析2例难治性AML病例的诊治经过，分析其疾病特点及治疗反应，并进行相关文献复习。结果2例难治性AML患者应用地西他滨联合造血干细胞微移植方案均达到完全缓解，持续处于微嵌合状态。结论地西他滨联合造血干细胞微移植是治疗难治性AML的有效方案，值得临床进一步推广，其作用机制有待进一步探索。
