摘要
随着医疗模式的转变,以患者为中心,提供安全、高效、全程、整体医疗服务成为业界的基本理念和服务宗旨。团队合作、团队医疗的模式,改变了传统的、强调个人技术技能的诊疗模式的缺陷,团队中的优势互补、强强联合、多学科的共同作业能有效提高医疗质量和医疗安全,降低医疗风险。团队成员的NOTS水准可提升团队的工作能力和效率。以团队合作为基础的MDT治疗模式、ERAS模式将会更近一步推动医疗改革和发展的进程。
With the transformation of medical model,offering apatient-centered,safe,high-efficient,and comprehensive medical service has become the basic concept and purpose of our industry.Team cooperation in medical treatment has eliminated the disadvantage which emphasizes on personal skills in traditional model.Multidisciplinary collaborations,which entail complementary advantages,win-win corporation,will effectively improve the safety and quality of medical treatment and lower medical risks.The NOTS level of all members in the team can enhance the working capacity and efficiency.MDT and ERAS treating model based on the team collaboration will further promote medical reform and development.
