交叉弹力钢丝治疗甲沟炎的临床疗效

Clinical application of cross elastic steel wire for the treatment of paronychia

目的 观察交叉弹力钢丝治疗甲沟炎的临床疗效.方法 2014年1月-2015年6月,采用交叉弹力钢丝治疗甲沟炎108例,其中嵌甲型28例,凹陷型25,扁平型55例.结果 所有患者治疗后经随访6～12个月,治愈93例,复发15例,其中嵌甲型复发10例,凹陷型复发4例,扁平型复发1例.结论 交叉弹力钢丝治疗甲沟炎适用于轻度嵌甲、凹陷及扁平型,此方法操作简单,不拔甲,创伤小,几乎无出血,外形美观,疗效满意,复发率低,痛苦少,经济适用.从根本上矫正嵌甲,尤其适宜青少年患者,避免了手术,具有很好的社会效益及经济效益,值得门急诊推广和应用.

Objective To observe the curative effect of cross elastic steel wire on paronychia. Methods 108 cases of paronychia cross elastic steel wire from Jan 2014 to Jun 2015, 58 cases of male, 50 cases of female, 28 cases of ingrowing nail type, 25 cases of umbilicate type, 55 cases of flat type. Results After 6 months to 1 year＇s follow up, 93 patients were cured, 15 patients had a recurrence including 10 cases of ingrowing nail type, 4 cases of umbilicate type, 1 case of flat type. Conclusion The elastic steel wire is suitable for paronychia, of light ingrowing nail type, umbilicate type and flat type. The process is simple, do not to need to remove nail, has little wound, almost without bleeding, good-looking appearance, curative effect is satisfactory, low recurrence rate, little pain, low cost. Fundamentally, rectify the ingrowing nail, is especialy applicable to students and adolescent patients, avoide operation, achieve good social benefit and economic benefit. It is worth of popularization and application in clinics and emergency.
