应用指侧方皮支链皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损35例

Application of lateral cutaneous branch chain flap to repair skin defect of the finger in 35 cases

目的 总结应用指侧方皮支链岛状皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 采用指侧方皮支链皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损35例40指,皮瓣切取面积1.0 cm×1.0 cm～2.0 cm×3.0 cm.结果 术后30指顺利成活,8指出现轻度水疱,2指远端皮缘小部分坏死,经换药后愈合.术后随访3～36个月,皮瓣质地柔软,弹性、耐磨性好,色泽接近正常,感觉良好,患指屈伸活动无明显影响.结论 应用指侧方皮支链岛状皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损临床效果良好.

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of lateral cutaneous branch island flap to repair the skin defect of the finger. Methods Soft tissue defect of 35 cases of 40 fingers were repaired with digital lateral cutaneous branch flap, tap＇harvested area ranged 1.0 cm×1.0 cm× 2.0 cm×3.0 cm. Results After operation, 30 fingers survived, 8 cases had mild blisters, 2 finger had distal edge necrosis, healed after dressing changes. Follow up from 3～36 months, the skin flap was soft, elastic, wear well, color was close to normal. Conclusion The clinical effect of lateral cutaneous branch island flap is good, for repairing soft tissue defect of finger.
