简易指背支具治疗闭合性腱性锤状指的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of simple digital dorsal orthosis to repair closed tendinous hammer finger

目的 探讨指背支具治疗闭合性腱性锤状指的临床疗效.方法 固定材料采用低温热塑材料,根据患指的大小现场制作,长度为近指间关节至指尖的距离,塑形至远指间关节背伸10°,使支具尽量贴服于指背,塑形成功后衬以薄的海绵内衬,分别用纸胶布固定于手指的中节和末节,不固定近指间关节,固定时间为6周.结果 手功能评定采用Patel评定法,本组获随访33例患者中优15例,良11例,中4例,差3例.26例患者对治疗满意,优良率78.7％.结论 采用简易指背支具治疗闭合性腱性锤状指可提高患者的依从性,固定更牢靠,是一种简单、有效的方法.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of simple digital dorsal orthosis on repairing closed tendinous hammer finger. Methods Fixed material was low-temperature thermoplastic material, according to the size of the wounded finger, fabrication on site, the length was the distance from the tip of the finger to interphalangeal joint, shaping the distal interphalangeal joint at 10 degree of overextension, make as far as possible with a stick to distal back, after shaping lined sponge to the inner layer of orthosis paper tape was used to fix respectively middle and termind segment without interphalangeal joints, fixed tim was 6 weeks. Results The hand function was assessed according to Patel rating method, for follow-up of 33 cases of patients excellent in 15 cases, good in 11 cases, fair in 4 cases, poor in 3 cases. 26 patients were satisfied with the treatment, the excellent and good rate was 78.7%. Conclusion Simple digital dorsal orthosis in repairing closed tendinous hammer finger can improve the patient＇s compliance, can obtain more fixation, is a simple and effective therapy.
