关于一体式钢筋检测仪检验钢筋保护层厚度的探讨

随着《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB 50204-2015的实施,该标准规范中对钢筋保护层厚度检验的条款进行了修改,实体钢筋保护层厚度检验工作量随之加大,对现场检验的效率提出更高的要求。所以对于仪器设备的便携程度,检测精度,以及检测人员对于仪器设备的熟悉程度、规范操作、经验判断也提出了更高的要求。本文根据采用一体式钢筋检测仪检验钢筋保护层厚度的检验结果,对检验过程中遇到的问题和注意事项进行探讨。

With the implementation of ＂Code for quality acceptance of concrete structure construction＂ GB 50204- 2015,the terms about inspecting depth of concrete cover of reinforcement were modified in this standard.Then the workload will be increased and we must improve efficiency of inspection.So portability and accuracy of instrument,and inspector for instrument familiarity,standardized operation,experience has faced higher requirements.According to the result of inspecting depth of concrete cover of reinforcement by integrated instrument of detecting reinforcement, we discuss the problems and notices in the inspection process in this article.
