摘要
针对严寒地区既有公共建筑围护结构节能改造的经济性进行研究,基于增量投资收益率的概念,并结合De ST-C软件,建立了围护结构节能改造保温层厚度优化方法,并应用到实例中,验证了方法的有效性。
This paper maked a study in economy about the retaining structure of the existing public building energy-saving retrofit in cold region, and based on the concept of incremental investment yields, and combined with the DeST-C software, established a optimization method of the insulation layer thickness about the retaining structure energy-saving retrofit, and applied to an instance, verified the effectiveness of the method.
