近几年来,我国的建筑市场蓬勃发展,有力推动了国民经济的稳定运行。但是在这个过程中也出现了一些问题,最首要的便是建筑市场监管法律化的滞后性。因此,本文将针对该行业的发展问题以及法律构架进行阐述,根据其特征进行综合性分析。投入必要的人力、物力资源,规范建筑市场的行为准则,建立信用体系,为该行业的发展注入新的活力。
In recent years,China＇ s construction market booming, a strong impetus to the stable operation of the national economy. But there are some problems in this process, the most important is the construction of the legal system of market supervision lag. Therefore, this paper will focus on the development of the industry as well as the legal framework to elaborate, according to the characteristics of a comprehensive analysis. Put necessary human and material resources, standardize the construction market, establish the credit system, and inject new vitality into the development of the industry.
