摘要
自改革开放以来,我国的经济水平有所提高,但是许多偏远的农村地区经济仍然十分落后。贫困是人类所面临的最严峻的问题之一,因此促进经济发展,消除贫困,走向富裕是人类梦寐以求想实现的一大梦想。本文以新疆农村地区"安居富民"和"定居兴牧"的两大工程为基本背景,主要探讨有效促进农村脱贫致富,走向可持续发展道路的有效决策。
Since the reform and opening up, China＇ s economic level has improved, but many remote rural areas are still very backward economy.Poverty is one of the most serious problems that mankind faces, so it is a big dream to promote economic development,to eliminate poverty and to get rich.The in Xinjiang rural area ＂live to enrich the people＂ and ＂resident promote herd＂ two major projects as the basic background,mainly discuss the effective promotion of rural poverty alleviation to effective decision-making in the road of sustainable development.
