建筑工程招投标阶段造价控制研究

随着社会主义市场经济体系的不断完善,建筑项目也逐渐的实现了市场经济化,而建设项目的不断增多使得工程项目的造价控制显得愈发重要。当前对于建筑工程的造价控制仍旧以施工过程和结算过程为主,忽视了招投标阶段的造价控制。基于此,文章在对建筑工程招投标以及造价控制阐述的基础上,分析了影响招投标造价控制的主要原因以及当前招投标造价控制存在的问题,并在此基础上对招投标阶段造价控制的有效措施进行了探讨。

With the improvement of socialist market economy system,the construction projects have gradually realized the market economy,and construction projects has increased the project cost control becomes more and more important.The current cost control for construction projects still in the construction process and the settlement process,ignoring the cost control in the bidding stage.Based on this,the in the construction project bidding and cost control on the basis of on,analysis of the impact of bidding cost control of the main reasons and the bidding tendering cost control problems,and on the basis of bidding for the tender stage cost control effective measures are discussed
