The high-rise public building design personnel must to project basic situation and high-level public building design theory based, optimized configuration and integration of low carbon concept of high-rise public buildings design, fundamentally enhance the ecological energy-saving design of high-rise public buildings and green ring protection. In this paper, we study and analyze the strategies of the design of high rise public buildings in the green ecological aspects.
