摘要
交通共享发展是城市健康生长的重要基础条件。公平作为共享的基本内涵,是否体现交通公平,实现共享发展,直接影响城市运行效率和居民生活品质。本文借助公平理论框架,对我国城市交通存在横向不公平的原因进行剖析,提出推动城市交通共享发展的对策。
Transport for the benefit of all is one of the most important bases for healthy urban growth. As a basic characteristics for sharing, justice in transport directly affects system efficiency in cities and life quality of citizens. This paper analyzes reasons of unfairness between transport modes and proposes measures of promoting transport for the benefit of all.
