摘要
借鉴柏林中央火车站和京都站的设计理念,根据我国国情,本文提出利用现有的城市铁路通道或其它可利用通道,用公共接驳车辆在高架道路上逆向行驶,主要提供公共接驳服务,成为并联高架路的专用道路;串联连续设置的(或串联近距离设置的)小型高架铁路客站,构成带状铁路客站,即带状客运枢纽。带状客运枢纽具有多重优点,包括避免人、车的过度聚集、建设大的站房和广场、分散及减少拆迁量、减少地下工程量等;同时,客运枢纽能够深入融入城市功能区,或在其周边形成城市功能区,从而有助于提升区域整体价值。建议北京星火站采用带状客运枢纽形式建设。
Learning from design concept of Berlin Central Station and Kyoto Station, according to our country situation, this paper proposes a urban transport development model: by using of existing urban rail channel or other channels available, and with connections of public vehicle reverse driving in the viaduct to mainly to provide public access services, which becomes a dedicated road parallel elevated-road. The dedicated roads can be used to connect the series small continuous elevated-railway station to form ribbon railway station, the ribbon passenger hub. A ribbon passenger hub has multiple advantages, including avoiding excessive accumulation of people, vehicles, avoiding the construction of the station house and a large square, dispersion and reducing the amount of demolition and underground engineering etc. At the same time, passenger hub can penetrate into the city functional areas or form urban functional areas around, and helps to enhance the overall value of the area. The ribbon passenger hub could be used in the construction of Beijing Spark Passenger Hub Station.
