南京市某三甲医院人工全髋关节置换术住院费用分析

Hospital Costs Analysis of Total Hip Replacement in a Top Tertiary Hospital of Nanjing City

了解该院人工全髋关节置换术开展情况,明确其住院费用的结构和影响住院费用的主要因素,为合理控制住院费用提供参考依据。本研究收集2012年-2013年人工全髋关节置换术患者的住院病历信息,分析住院费用的变化趋势和结构比例,并分析其主要影响因素。结果显示该院住院费用总体呈上升趋势,且结构不尽合理,人工假体的使用是影响住院费用的主要因素。应该控制人工假体价格虚高,合理使用不同类型的人工假体,积极探索按病种付费模式,从而控制住院费用增长。

The article was written to know how the total hip replacement was been developed in this hospital,the structure of hospital costs and its main influence factors.Based on that,we might find the way to control the hospital costs.The article collected the hospital records of total hip replacement patients from 2012 to 2013,analyzed the change and structure of hospital costs and interpreted its main influence factors.The article found that the hospital costs increased as a whole and its structure was irrational.The main influence factor was using expensive artificial prosthesis.Thus,we should prevent the irrational high price of artificial hip prosthesis.The different kinds of artificial hip prosthesis should be used reasonably.We can explore the way of diseases related to groups（DRGs）to control the increase of hospital costs.
