摘要B组链球菌(group B streptococcus,GBS)是一种需氧革兰阳性球菌,是导致新生儿脓毒症和脑膜炎最常见的细菌,严重时可导致新生儿死亡。孕产妇生殖道感染是目前新生儿GBS感染的主要途径,妊娠晚期感染GBS会增加流产、早产、胎膜早破、产褥感染、新生儿肺炎及新生儿上呼吸道感染的发生率,对新生儿产生不良影响。
