改性双酚S环氧树脂胶黏剂的合成工艺

摘要 采用4,4’-二羟基二苯砜(双酚S)、环氧氯丙烷为原料,以25%~35%NaOH为催化剂,在90~100℃反应8~9h,合成了双酚S环氧树脂,并用4,4’-二羟基苯基丙烷(双酚A)对双酚s环氧树脂进行改性,得到了改性双酚S环氧树脂胶黏剂。讨论了双酚S与双酚A的比例、稀释剂与固化剂的选择及投料方式对胶黏剂性能的影响。最终选择乙二醇双缩水甘油醚环氧(669)作为稀释剂,用量为15%~20%;以低分子聚酰胺树脂(20舻)为固化剂,三乙烯四胺作为活性促进剂,采用一次投料方式。所得到的胶黏剂的铝/铝剪切强度为25.3MPa,在23℃、40%的浓碱(KOH)中浸泡6个月不开裂,剪切强度仍可达11.8MPa。胶液贮存6个月,强度及外观状态没有发生变化。 The synthesis of bisphenol-S epoxy resin is a reaction that it is started with 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone and epichlorohydrin as the raw materials with a molar ratio of 1:15 in the presence of a NaOH solution with a concentration of 25%-35%, the reaction temperature is 90- 100℃ and the reaction time is 8-9 hours. The bisphenol-S epoxy resin is modified by 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl propane, and the modified bisphenol-S epoxy resin adhesive is obtained. The effects of the ratio of 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone to 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl propane, the selection of diluent and curing agent and the feeding mode on the properties of adhesive are studied. The results show that when the glycol diglycidyl ether epoxy resin with a dosage of 15%-20% is used as the diluent, the polyamide resin is adopted as a curing agent and the triethylenetetramine is applied as the accelerative activator, the adhesive obtained by one time feeding mode will have better performances. The shear strength of aluminum bonding to aluminum by this modified bisphenol-S epoxy resin is 25.3MPa; it will not crack after soaking in 40% concentrated alkaline (KOH) for 6 months at 23℃, and its shear strength can still achieve 11.8MPa. The strength and appearance of modified bisphenol-S epoxy resin will not change after storing for 6 months.
