Preparation of Palladium Nanoparticles and Its Catalytic Performance

摘要 通过以抗坏血酸作为还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为稳定剂的氯钯酸(Na2Pd2Cl4)水溶液制备出具有一定形貌的高度分散的钯纳米粒子。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV—VIS),透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段对钯纳米粒子结构进行了表征,结果表明,钯纳米粒子被还原成零价金属粒子,并具有一定的立方结构,通过Suzuki反应进行了催化性能的考察,含量仅为O.05%~0.10%(mm01)的钯纳米粒子具有较高的收率。 The highly-dispersed palladium nanoparticles with a certain morphology were successfully prepared by the aqueous solution of palladi- um chloride acid (Na2Pd2C14) with ascorbic acid as a reducing agent, and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a stabilizer, The structure of palladium nanopartieles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV-VIS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated that the palladium nanoparticles were reduced to zero valent metal particles, and have a certain cubic structure, and the palladium nanoparticles were applied to Suzuki reaction to test the catalytic activity. The results showed that higher yields would be obtained with on- ly 0.05%-0.10mmol% of palladium nanoparticles.
