摘要
有机结构胶黏剂,尤其是结构胶膜是航空航天飞行器耐高温承力结构件制造中重要的结构胶接材料,针对飞行器结构件在不同条件下的强度、韧性、热性能等要求,从胶黏剂采用的树脂结构角度划分,对包括环氧树脂、双马树脂、聚酰亚胺等结构胶膜的制备方法和性能进行深入分析。同时对结构胶黏剂和胶膜领域的发展现状和趋势进行了介绍。
The organic structural adhesive, especially the structural adhesive film, is a kind of important material for structure adhesion in the manufacture of structural component for aerospace craft which needs to have the capability of bearing strength and high temperature resistance. Ac- cording to the requirements of the strength, toughness, thermal properties, dielectric properties of the aerospace vehicle structures under different conditions, the preparation method and performance of some structural adhesive films (such as epoxy resin, bismaleimide resin and polyimide, etc. ) are analyzed deeply from the aspect of structure of resin matrix. And the current development status and trend of structural adhesive and adhesive film are introduced.
