徐一冰的体育教师教育思想研究

Educational thoughts of Xu Yibin on physical education teacher have an important status and influence in modern China school physical education history. This paper analyzed educational thoughts of Xu Yibin on physical education teacher on object,content,and method by the method of literature review. His educational thoughts on physical education teacher were focusing on importance recognition,idea of physical education teachers training process of both genders,and training content and method. His thoughts have important revelation to improve present physical education teacher＇s occupation qualification system,realize on-duty-with-the-certificate,and deepen and active assessment mechanism and strategy,promote professional development. His educational thoughts on physical education teacher cover a large range and have strong systemic and integrity which have great influence on formation and development of Modern China physical education system.
