体育院校全日制硕士生生源质量、招生机制与保障体系研究——基于2010—2014年北京体育大学数据分析

Quality of Full-Time Master Students Resource,Enrollment System and Guarantee System in Sports Colleges and Universities: Data Analysis of Beijing Sport University from 2010 to 2014

研究生招生工作作为研究生教育的首要环节,它的规范性、科学性和合理性将直接关系到今后研究生不同层次和不同类别的培养质量,本研究采用文献资料法的基础上,分析与整理近几年学历硕士报考信息库和录取信息库数据,对体育院校的硕士研究生招生质量、机制和保障体系进行研究,结果认为:1)从整体上来看体育院校在研究生报考人数和录取比例上呈现增长态势,但是生源质量面临下滑趋势;2)研究生生源中来自"985"和"211"重点院校的毕业生比例不大,改变生源结构,吸引更多来自一流名牌大学或重点学科专业的考生就读,成为拓展潜在优质生源的有效方法;3)从录取生源的结构上来看应届生占有较大比例,科学研究人员、高等教育教师、中等教育教师等一些在职人员的录取比例相对很低;4)研究生生源中体育学专业的毕业生占据主体地位,在体育学硕士中跨学科生源相对于体育硕士比较更为多元,但从总体上看跨学科专业的考生相对薄弱,因此如何发挥出各学科门类的资源优势,吸引更多跨学科专业的优质生源报考,是当前研究生教育中亟待解决的问题。研究针对上述问题提出了相应的建议,为制定相关招生政策提供一定的参考。

Enrollment is essential for the graduate student education,its standardization,scientificity and rationality will directly affect the quality of graduate students with different levels in terms. This study analyzed quality of full-time master students,enrollment system and guarantee system in sports colleges and universities by literature review and the data in master candidates database and admission database. Results： 1） In overall,number of master candidates and acceptance rate in sports colleges and universities increase,but the quality of students resource faces a downturn. 2） A few students graduated from＂985＂or＂211＂key colleges and universities. Changing structure of students resource,attracting more students from the famous universities are effectiveness ways to improve students resource. 3） Most enrollment students are fresh graduates,and a few are researchers,university teachers and secondary school teachers. 4） Most enrollment graduate students are majoring in physical education,and a few are in interdisciplinary major. Therefore,how to play the resource advantages of various discipline to attract more interdisciplinary major students is an urgent problem to be solved in current graduate education. This paper provided the corresponding suggestions for developing admissions policies.
