佛山市顺德区公共场所卫生居民满意度调查

目的为巩固国家卫生城市和全国文明城市的创建工作成果,通过居民满意度网上征集并分析结果,作为公共场所卫生监督工作参考依据。方法根据国家卫生城市标准和全国文明城市测评要求中与公共场所卫生监督相关的要点列出10个满意度项目,加上一般个人信息形成问卷,以有奖征集形式在网上进行满意度调查。结果网上征集到1 453份答卷,除了禁烟工作外均超过60%,满意度最高的项目为健康教育宣传(满意比例69.37%),不满意度最高的项目为禁烟工作开展(不满意比例10.67%),偏相关分析显示市容卫生整体满意度与公共场所卫生改善情况、卫生建议投诉平台建设、健康教育宣传这3项的满意度相关度较高,满意度影响因素Logistic分析结果说明控制其他因素不变的情况下上述3项增加满意度效果分别大约为28.4%、19.7%、17.8%。结论顺德区居民对区内市容卫生和城市文明整体满意度超过60%,特别在公共场所卫生改善、卫生建议投诉平台建设、健康教育宣传方面工作值得肯定,但由于禁烟工作开展方面满意度最低,下一步工作需要重点跟进。

Objective To consolidate the National Sanitary City and National civilized city, Shunde Institution of Health Inspection collected the inhabitant＇ s satisfaction degree online and analysis, which can be a reference for public health supervision work. Methods According to the standards of National Sanitary City and National civilized city, which related to the requirement of public health supervision, the online questionnaire was set and covered 10 measurement points of satisfaction degree, combined with general personal information, in the form of prize for satisfaction survey on the Internet. Results At last 1453 online questionnaire were collected, mainly, the satisfaction degree of 9 measurement points were more than 60% , with the highest one was for health education propaganda which got 69.37%, while the smoke-free task was under 60% ,and 10.67% interviewees chose dissatisfaction option. The results of partial correlation analysis showed that the overall satisfaction of city appearance, which was more highly related with the satisfaction of these three points--health improvement of public place, health advice complaints platform construction, and health education propa- ganda. The results of Logistic analysis showed that with the control of other factors, the effect of the three satisfaction de- grees that increasing satisfaction was about 28.4%, 19.7% and 17.8% respectively. Conclusion In Shunde, the overall city appearance and civilization were generally （more than 60%） satisfactory, especially in the improvement of public places hygiene, health advice complaints platform construction, health education propaganda, but as a result of the lowest satisfaction degree, in next step, the smoke-free work will be more important to promote.
